We sell nothing, so the seller refunds everything
Where the 60-day money-back guarantee actually lives, how to use it properly, and the one thing we can help with.
Who refunds what
Seven short clauses about a guarantee that is not ours to give.
Last reviewed 19 October 2026. This page exists because affiliate sites are regularly mistaken for the shop, and because a refund deadline is a poor thing to discover late.
1. This website sells nothing
jjellyrock.com is an independent guide to Jelly Rock™. We do not take payments, hold stock, pack parcels, run a support desk or have any access to an order system. There is no transaction between you and us at any point, so there is nothing here for us to refund and no order of yours that we can look up.
2. The guarantee belongs to the seller
The product pack supplied to us includes a 60-day money-back guarantee badge. That is the seller's promise, governed by the seller's own terms, and those terms are presented at checkout rather than on this website. We reproduce the badge as supplied and we cannot vary, extend, interpret or enforce it.
3. The three details that decide whether it helps
Read these on the order page before you pay, because they vary between merchants and they are what a refund turns on in practice.
When the clock starts. The day you order, the day the parcel ships, or the day it arrives. On a slow delivery those can be a fortnight apart, which is a fortnight of a 60-day window.
What has to go back. Whether opened or part-used bottles qualify, whether all bottles from a multi-bottle package must be returned, and the address returns are sent to. Keep the packaging until you have decided.
Who pays, and what is deducted. Who covers return postage, whether the original shipping is refunded, and whether any handling or restocking amount is withheld.
4. How to ask for a refund properly
Write to the seller's support address from your order confirmation email, quote the order number and the date, say plainly that you are requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee, and ask for return instructions and a confirmation in writing. Send it inside the window rather than on the last day. If you post anything back, use a service with tracking and keep the receipt.
Then keep everything: the order number, the dates, the reply, the tracking number. A documented request is the one that gets processed. If the seller does not respond at all, your card provider's dispute process is the next route, and that process also runs on dates and documents.
5. What we can actually help with
Two things. We can explain how the guarantee was presented in the material supplied to us, and we can correct this website if the seller's terms have changed and our description is out of date. That is the whole of it, and it is worth having: if you find the live terms differ from what we describe, tell us at contact@jjellyrock.com and we will fix the page for the next reader.
6. Before you order, not after
Two habits make the guarantee far more useful. Put the end of the window in your calendar the day the parcel arrives, so the decision happens on your schedule. And work out your real cost per day first, as set out on the pricing page, because a six bottle package is a larger commitment than a two bottle one to a product whose ingredients the supplied artwork does not list.
7. Our own affiliate position
In fairness, you should know what a refund means for us: if you order through our links and then return the product, any commission on that sale is generally reversed. We mention it because we would rather you knew the incentive existed than wondered. It does not change the advice above, which is to use the window, keep the paperwork and send the email early.
Refunds and the guarantee: questions
No. We are an independent, affiliate-funded guide. We take no payments, hold no stock and have no access to any order system, so there is nothing for us to refund. The seller who charged your card is the only party who can issue money back.
The badge supplied with the product pack states a 60-day money-back guarantee. The detail that decides whether it helps you — when the clock starts, what has to be returned, whether opened bottles qualify and who pays return postage — is set out in the seller's own terms at checkout.
The order confirmation email, the order number, the packaging and any support correspondence. A refund request built on a dated order number and a clear written trail is a great deal easier to process than one built on memory.
