The limits of this website

Eight notices covering health, funding, accuracy and the label.

Last reviewed 19 October 2026. This page collects, in one place, every limit that applies to the rest of the site.

1. Not medical advice

Nothing on jjellyrock.com is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing here should be used to decide whether to start, stop or change any medicine. We are not doctors, pharmacists or dietitians. Decisions about your health belong with a qualified clinician who can see your records. If you are under 18, pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive, taking prescription medication, managing a diagnosed condition or due an operation, speak to that clinician before taking any dietary supplement.

If you have a symptom — persistent exhaustion, a sudden change in your energy, anything that worries you — that is a reason to book an appointment rather than to buy a supplement. Fatigue has a long list of ordinary, treatable causes and none of them are identified from a label.

2. The FDA statement

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Jelly Rock™ is a dietary supplement, not a medicine, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. No dietary supplement is approved by the FDA before it is sold: the FDA explains that under DSHEA a company is itself responsible for the safety and the labelling of its product, and the agency acts afterwards. The product pack supplied to us carried a badge using the phrase “FDA APPROVED”, which is not accurate for any supplement; we replaced it with a correctly worded mark rather than republish it.

3. No outcomes are promised

We make no claim that this or any supplement will produce a particular result for you, in a particular time, or at all. We publish no star rating, no customer count, no testimonials, no percentages and no timescales. The label's three phrases are structure-function claims and are described as such on the benefits page, where we also list the claims we refuse to make.

4. What our product facts are based on

Only the product pack supplied to us: the label artwork, the package shots, the seals, the guarantee badge and the brand's own graphics. That pack contains no Supplement Facts panel, no ingredient list and no serving size, which is why this site cannot tell you what is in a gummy and says so repeatedly. The bottle you receive may carry more information than the artwork we were given; the printed label you hold governs.

5. Safety, interactions and seals

Supplements are not free of risk. NCCIH notes that unwanted effects are likelier at high doses, when a supplement replaces prescribed medicine, or when several are combined, that interactions with medications occur, and that “natural” does not always mean safe. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements adds that independent quality seals do not guarantee that a product is safe or that it works. Tell every one of your health care providers about everything you take, and keep a written record.

6. Affiliate disclosure

This website is funded by affiliate commission. If you order through one of our links the seller pays us a share of the sale, at no extra cost to you. We are not the brand, the manufacturer or the seller, and we have no part in payment, shipping, support or refunds. How that funding works, and the rules we hold ourselves to because of it, is set out on the about page.

7. Prices, packages and the guarantee

We publish no prices, because none were supplied that we could verify, and we will not print a discount against a figure we cannot check. Prices, package availability, shipping and the terms of the 60-day guarantee are set by the seller and can change at any time. The official order page governs, and the arithmetic we suggest running first is on the pricing page.

8. External links and accuracy

Links to government agencies and medical literature are provided so you can check our general statements; none of those organisations endorse Jelly Rock™ or this website. We try to be accurate, we will sometimes be wrong, and we correct errors on the page when they are pointed out. Write to contact@jjellyrock.com.
