Reach the editorial desk — and the seller, for orders

One email address for anything about this website, and a clear map of what only the seller can do.

This is not the official Jelly Rock™ website. Jelly Rock™ is sold through the brand's own order page. We are an independent, affiliate-funded guide: we read the label, say what it does and does not publish, and earn a commission if you order through our links — at no extra cost to you. Prices, stock and the guarantee are confirmed on the official order page, not here.

Quick answer

Email the editorial desk at contact@jjellyrock.com for anything about this website: a question, a correction, a broken link or a research enquiry. We are an independent, affiliate-funded guide, so we cannot help with an order. Payment, delivery, cancellations and refunds are handled by the seller, and the contact details for that are on your order confirmation email.

Email the editorial desk

One address reaches us: contact@jjellyrock.com. There is no telephone line and no live chat, because this is a small editorial site rather than a support department, and a written record suits corrections better anyway.

What we can help with. Questions about something written on this website. Factual corrections. A sentence that reads ambiguously. A broken link or a page that will not load. Media or research enquiries. A request to explain how we are funded, or how we reached a particular conclusion about the label.

What we cannot help with. Anything touching an actual order: payment, delivery, tracking, a damaged parcel, a cancellation, a return or a refund. We have no access to any order system and no ability to look up your details. Nor can we give medical advice, or tell you whether a supplement is right for you.

How to write a message we can act on

Put the page address in the first line, quote the sentence you are writing about, say what you think is wrong or unclear, and attach anything checkable — a photograph of the current label, the live guarantee wording, or a link to a government source. A specific message gets a specific answer; a one-line complaint usually gets a request for more detail and loses both of us a few days.

Please do not send personal health information. We are not clinicians, we cannot advise on it, and we would rather not hold it.

Corrections

Our corrections policy, in full

How to report an error, what we do with it, and what we will not change.

A site that writes about a label has to be correctable, because labels change and because we are capable of misreading one. The policy is short and we would rather publish it than imply it.

What counts as a correction

A statement of fact that is wrong, out of date, or no longer matches the product as it is sold: a changed guarantee term, a revised label, a package size that no longer exists, a seal that has been dropped or added, a figure misread off the artwork, or a link that now points somewhere else. Disagreement about tone or emphasis is welcome too, but it is editorial rather than a correction.

What happens next

We check the claim against the primary material — the supplied pack, the live order page, or the relevant government source. If we were wrong, we fix the sentence on the page itself rather than deleting it silently, note the change where the change is material, and update the review date carried in the footer. If we think we were right, we reply and explain why, which occasionally produces a better sentence than either version.

If you represent the brand or the seller

Send evidence and we will publish it. A photograph of the Supplement Facts panel, an ingredient list, a stated serving size or the current guarantee terms would each change substantial parts of this website, and we would rather report a complete label than an incomplete one. We will not remove accurate statements about what the supplied artwork does and does not show, and we will not republish an “FDA APPROVED” badge, because no dietary supplement is approved by the FDA. The FDA's own guidance sets out why.

Not us

Who actually handles your order

Six things only the seller can do, and one that belongs to a clinician.

  • Payment and billingCharges, duplicate charges, the name on your statement, currency, tax, and anything recurring. All of it sits with the merchant of record named at checkout.
  • Delivery and trackingDispatch times, tracking numbers, missing or damaged parcels and customs. We have no visibility of any shipment.
  • Cancellations and changesChanging a package, cancelling before dispatch or stopping a recurring order has to be done with the seller, in writing, as early as possible.
  • Returns and refundsThe 60-day money-back guarantee badge is the seller's, and the seller's terms govern it: when the clock starts, what goes back and who pays postage. Our refund policy page explains the division of responsibility.
  • Product and label questionsThe serving size, the ingredient list and the Supplement Facts panel can only come from the company. The questions we would ask are listed on the ingredients page.
  • Health questionsThose belong with a clinician rather than with either of us, particularly if you take prescription medication, manage a condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are due surgery.

Your order confirmation email is the place to find the seller's support address. Keep it: it is also the document a refund request is built on. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements has sensible general advice on supplements, and MedlinePlus is a good plain-language starting point before a conversation with a professional.

Questions

Contacting us: questions

No, and we want to be clear about it rather than take your message and lose a week. We are an independent guide. We do not take payments, hold stock, ship parcels or issue refunds. Order enquiries have to go to the seller, through the support contact on your order confirmation email.

We read everything and answer what we can, usually within a few working days. Corrections with something checkable attached get looked at first, because those improve the site for everyone.

We cannot. That is a question for a qualified clinician who can see your records and your medication list, and it is harder than usual here because the supplied pack names no ingredients. We can tell you what the label shows and what to ask the seller.
